THEORY
THE SHOULDERS OF THE BODY ARE QUIET RIDGED SO WHEN MOVED THE REST OF THE BODY MOVES AS WELL. SO WHEN STRIKING THE SHOULDER OR SHOULDERS THE WHOLE BODY IS MEANT TO GO OUT OF POSITION IN WHICH TIME A TAKEDOWN CAN BE ATTEMPTED.
STEPS
0. THE TRIAL HAND IS USED FOR A SET UP FOR THE STRIKE OF ONE SHOULDER DUE TO EXPOSURE OF YOUR LEAD LEG IF LEAD HAND IS USED. BOTH HANDS MAY ALSO BE USED TO STRIKE THE SHOULDERS.
1. A SWIFT STRIKE TO THE SHOULDER OR SHOULDERS PUTS THE OPPONENT ON HIS HEELS MOMENTARILY PUTTING THE OPPONENT OUT OF POSITION.
2.ATTEMPT TAKE DOWN WHILE OPPONENT IS OUT OF POSITION (THIS IS DURING THE TIME THE OPPONENT IS ON HIS HEELS).

2. TELEGRAPHING THROUGH REPETITIVE ATTEMPTS ESPECIALLY WHEN STRIKING THE BOTH SHOULDERS!!!!!!!!!!!
3. FAILING TO EXECUTE DURING THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY

CONTACT PALM OR PALMS TO THE BALL OF THE SHOULDER OR SHOULDERS
